- **Owner:** A person or entity that lists a property (villa, chalet, residential unit) on the platform for rental or booking.
- **User / Guest:** A person who uses the platform to search for and book a property for a stay.
- **Platform:** The All-Owner website and its iOS and Android apps, along with any related services.
- **Personal Data:** Any information that can identify a natural person, directly or indirectly.

We collect different data depending on how you use the platform, whether as an owner or a guest, including:

Your contact details (such as phone number) are only shared with a user after a booking is confirmed, to facilitate coordination around key handover or access details.

When you make a booking, some of your basic data (name, phone number, check-in and check-out dates) is shared with the relevant property owner only, for the purpose of completing the stay and coordinating with them directly. We do not share your full payment details with owners — payments are processed through separate, licensed payment gateways.

- **Cloud infrastructure providers**, to host and operate platform data.
